Wild Root Health reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@wildroothealthcare.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wild Root Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of our Services.

Wild Root Health's total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Wild Root Health in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Root Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Illinois.

13. Changes to Terms

Wild Root Health reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through our Services or by other means. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
